The Saskatchewan Maritime Museum
Relics, props and displays comprise Todd Gronsdahl’s very own Saskatchewan Maritime Museum. It is a completely fabricated historical institution that dissects, considers and re-assembles Canadian history using humour and imagination.
These artworks have travelled from coast to coast, delighting art audiences garnering much attention from the media, including a very fitting interview and segment on CBC’s “As It Happens” with Carol Off.
In the permanent home of The Saskatchewan Maritime Museum, in our Concourse Gallery we exhibit works from Canadian artists and works collected by Canadian collectors. In our retail gallery (and website) we exhibit Saskatchewan Maritime Museum blended with works available to purchase from prominent artist and designers.
